SINGAPORE (Sept 22): Chinese property designer Greenland Holdings Corporation on Tuesday declared it has dispatched another securities firm, with arrangements to set up an abroad land venture trust (REIT).
To be situated in Hong Kong, Greenland (Asia) Securities will give securities venture counseling administrations, and oversee securities and assets for customers.
It will set up a REIT with aggregate resource of between US$4 billion and US$6 billion ($5.4 billion and $8.1 billion), Greenland said in an announcement.
