Every one of the four financial specialists participating in ISR Capital's arrangement have given their ban not to offer their recently issued offers for no less than six months, the organization reported on Thursday night.
These four speculators will together infuse $12 million by subscribing for almost 141.2 million shares at 8.5 pennies each. This arrangement was initially declared on Sept 4.
