Singapore shares open flat on Friday

SINGAPORE stocks opened level on Friday, with the Straits Times Index climbing 0.96 point to 3,229.02 as at 9.02am. 


This returns on the of US stocks finishing minimal changed overnight, as a droop in the offers of media organizations were balanced by picks up in medicinal services shares. 

On the Singapore bourse, around 50.9 million offers worth S$88.9 million altogether changed hands, which worked out to a normal unit cost of S$1.75 per share. 

The most effectively exchanged counter was M Development, which was level at S$0.002 with 13.8 million offers evolving hands. Different actives included Swee Hong and Innopac Holdings. 

Gainers dwarfed failures 58 to 45.
